Collections Administrator
The Collections Administrator will play a vital role within the finance department within the law firm, focusing on overseeing and managing the collection processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong understanding of financial procedures and legal compliance.

Description
- Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Collaborate with the Legal department on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Analyze client accounts and provide reports to management on collection performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during the collection process.
Profile
A successful Collections Administrator should have:
