As the Assistant Superintendent, you will report directly to the Lead Superintendent and play a critical role in daily site operations. Your responsibilities will include:- Supporting review and coordination of contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Assisting with maintaining and updating the project schedule alongside the Superintendent and Project Management team
- Ensuring quality control across all phases of construction
- Maintaining accurate daily production and work‑in‑place documentation
- Supporting implementation and ongoing review of site safety plans
- Assisting with logistics, site coordination, and Construction Management Plan execution
Profile
For the Assistant Superintendent, we are seeking:- Experience supporting commercial construction projects in the field
- Strong understanding of construction documents and subcontractor coordination
- Exposure to schedule management; Primavera P6 experience is a plus
- A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration
- Desire to grow into a Superintendent role long term
Job Offer
- Base salary of $70,000 - $95,000, depending on experience
