Description

The \Project Manager - $60M Commercial Projects - Asheville will be responsible for:

  • Leading commercial projects from start through completion
  • Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
  • Coordinating with necessary project team members
  • Positive client feedback/satisfaction
  • Building relationships with internal/external parties



Profile

The \Project Manager - $60M Commercial Projects - Asheville should have:

  • 1+ years of professional experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional approach and business mindset.
  • Local candidates in Asheville preferred, though relocators are encouraged to apply.

Job Offer

The \Project Manager - $60M Commercial Projects - Asheville will receive:

  • Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $100,000-$130,000
  • Discretionary bonuses

Job Requirements:

5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred
Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc.
and their impact on project success
Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
Local to Charlotte preferred, though relocators will be considered
