Senior Project Manager - NW Indiana
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in large-scale commercial or light industrial construction, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A well-established and growing commercial construction firm with deep roots in the Midwest is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Northwest Indiana operations. Known for delivering high-quality large commercial and light industrial projects, the company offers a stable pipeline of work and a collaborative team environment.

Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in commercial or light industrial construction
- Proven success managing large-scale projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Northwest Indiana market is a plus
Job Offer
- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $150,000
