- Oversee all phases of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance goals.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
