Description

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage and supervise project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and in-house personnel, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, resolve issues, and maintain project alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans, including construction sequencing, logistics, and resource allocation, to optimize project efficiency and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify and address potential issues or delays, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project teams to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents, providing insights and solutions as needed.
• Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment, and resources to support project schedules and ensure efficient operations.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring adherence to project requirements, performance standards, and contractual obligations.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or similar role, successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve excellence.
