Superintendent
My client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in high-end corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex interior fit-outs for corporate clients.

From sophisticated office interiors to state-of-the-art educational facilities, they manage every detail with a focus on quality, schedule, and client experience.
Description
- Manage day-to-day site operations for corporate interior construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Maintain strict quality standards for finishes and details expected in high-end corporate environments.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and project managers; provide regular progress updates.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and records of site activities.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent, with proven experience in high-end corporate interiors, higher education or similar commercial fit-outs.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, interior finishes, and building systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate subcontractors and site teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- OSHA 30 preferred; additional safety or construction certifications a plus.
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and digital reporting tools.
