Commercial Superintendent - Columbus Market
This Superintendent role leads field operations on a $16M church addition and renovation in the Columbus market. You will act as the local on-site leader, owning schedule, quality, safety, and client experience from start to finish.

Description
- Lead daily on-site construction activities for large commercial projects.
- Manage subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and internal teams.
- Report progress and attend weekly or bi-weekly management meetings.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 8+ years of commercial field supervision experience.
- Background in ground-up or major renovation projects over $2M.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Professional communicator comfortable representing the company.
- Based in or near Columbus with regional travel flexibility.
Job Offer
- $90,000-$100,000 base salary
- 100% employer-paid health insurance, ESOP, and 401(k) with 3% match.
- 15-20 days PTO plus 7-10% annual bonus potential.
