Project Manager - Drywall Construction
Client Details
Our client is a respected commercial contractor performing drywall, framing, and interior scopes on projects throughout the Atlanta market. The team operates collaboratively, with leadership that stays close to the work and invests in the long term.Description
- Manage commercial drywall/interior projects from award through closeout
- Participate in estimating, budgeting, and bid review during preconstruction
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Track project costs, change orders, and forecasting
- Serve as a primary point of contact for GCs and internal stakeholders
Profile
- Background as a Project Manager with drywall/interiors experience
- Comfortable supporting or leading estimating efforts and takeoffs
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Local to the Atlanta market or willing to be
