Director of Preconstruction
The Director of Preconstruction will lead and oversee all preconstruction activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, scheduling, and planning for construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in preconstruction processes and a proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Description
- Lead and manage preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to support project success.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, cost estimates, and value engineering recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Monitor and report on preconstruction progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Profile
A successful Director of Preconstruction should have:
- A strong understanding of preconstruction principles, construction processes, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to develop accurate budgets, schedules, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior professionals in the construction department.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
