Description

* Lead day‑to‑day site operations on a $40M healthcare project

* Manage schedules, inspections, and trade coordination

* Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site

* Serve as the primary field leader for clients and inspectors

* Support multifamily projects if healthcare pipeline pauses

Profile

* 8-15 years of superintendent experience with a GC

* Proven background on healthcare or hospital projects

* Experience delivering projects in the $30M-$75M+ range

* Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

* Open to transitioning between healthcare and multifamily

Job Offer

$150,000-$200,000 base salary
