The Superintendent will oversee field operations for large-scale commercial, healthcare, higher education, and K‑12 projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and trade partner coordination. Description

• Lead onsite construction activities for $15M+ commercial, healthcare, K‑12, or higher education projects.
• Manage daily field operations, trade coordination, site logistics, and quality control.
• Uphold jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with PM and field staff.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor craft and field teams while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment.
• Ensure workmanship meets project plans, specifications, and company expectations.

Profile

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• Strong tenure: stable work history; low job hopping (e.g., not 3 companies in 5 years).
• Healthcare, Higher Ed, or K‑12 project experience required.
• Experience leading large-scale projects ($15M+) preferred.
• Based in or near the Triad area; open to relocators.
• Solid communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage fast‑paced projects with professionalism and accountability.
