Profile

A successful Project Manager/Estimator should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and estimating techniques.
• 3+ years in previous Project Manager or Estimator role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• A results-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
