Description

The Lead Superintendent - $120M project will:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the $120M construction project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure all safety protocols and standards are strictly adhered to on-site.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Must have multifamily and/or affordable housing project experience
• Must have post-tension concrete experience
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
