Corporate Restructuring Associate

Description
- Support clients with corporate restructuring and insolvency matters within the legal department.
- Advise on complex restructuring transactions and strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents related to restructuring and bankruptcy cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate restructuring.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the state bar association.
- Proven experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $310000 to $435000 per year, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
- Up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full-time employment.
