Our client is a well-established custom homebuilder based in Minneapolis, MN, known for crafting some of the most ornate and high-profile residences in the region. With a team of around 100 professionals and a portfolio that includes new construction homes valued between $5M-$10M, they are expanding their footprint in the Minnesota market.

Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to the leadership team and oversee multiple luxury residential projects in Minneapolis. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing division and work on architecturally significant homes.Responsibilities

  • Lead construction of custom homes, townhomes, condos, and high-end apartments
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project vision is executed
  • Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
  • Drive division growth and help shape strategic direction
  • Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope

Profile

Senior Project Manager will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction
  • Proven track record managing $1M+ projects in urban environments
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills
  • Familiarity with Procore, BIM 360, and luxury construction workflows

Job Offer

Senior Project Manager will receive:

  • Base salary up to $125K
  • Bonus potential of 15-20% (total comp can exceed $200K+)
  • 3 weeks PTO
