Associate, Capital Markets
This associate will advise clients on securities offerings, regulatory compliance, and complex capital markets transactions. The role includes managing core workstreams, drafting key documents, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Draft and review legal documents related to capital market transactions.
- Provide strategic advice on securities laws and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their legal and regulatory needs are met.
- Conduct legal research to support transaction structuring and execution.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for agreements and contracts.
- Assist in regulatory filings and disclosures as required by governing bodies.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and related legal matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting capital markets.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
- Proven expertise in capital markets and securities law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of $260,000 to $365,000 USD annually, based on JD year and other factors.
