Estimator (Multifamily Construction)
The Estimator will play a key role in the construction department of a leading property company, responsible for accurately preparing project cost estimates and ensuring successful project delivery. This permanent position is based in Ocoee and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact construction projects.

Description
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis across all trades
- Prepare conceptual budgets, estimates, and project proposals
- Solicit, review, and qualify subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Identify scope gaps, constructability concerns, and coordination issues during preconstruction
- Maintain detailed Excel-based cost tracking and project data
- Assist with preconstruction RFIs and contract exhibit preparation
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams throughout the estimating process
- Attend bid walks, project site visits, and preconstruction meetings as needed
- Support multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of estimating or preconstruction experience within multifamily or commercial construction, with experience supporting projects in the $5M-$20M+ range. They will bring strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to read and interpret construction documents, proficiency in Excel and construction software platforms such as Procore, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
