Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale healthcare construction project valued at approximately $40M in Wellington, FL. This role requires a proven leader who can successfully deliver complex healthcare facilities on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Manage all phases of a $40M healthcare construction project from preconstruction through closeout.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, project engineers, and field teams to maintain alignment with project goals.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety regulations, and building codes.

• Maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of project management experience with a strong background in healthcare construction projects valued at $30M-$50M. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at leading diverse teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to foster collaboration between stakeholders, design teams, and field staff. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
