Project Manager- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale healthcare construction project valued at approximately $40M in Wellington, FL. This role requires a proven leader who can successfully deliver complex healthcare facilities on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Manage all phases of a $40M healthcare construction project from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, project engineers, and field teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
Maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of project management experience with a strong background in healthcare construction projects valued at $30M-$50M. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at leading diverse teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to foster collaboration between stakeholders, design teams, and field staff. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
