Temp Manufacturing Recruiter
We're seeking a recruiter with 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments and proven success filling blue-collar roles like maintenance techs, electricians, machine operators, and CNC machinists. The ideal candidate is proficient in Workday, experienced with union and non-union labor across multiple sites, highly organized, and skilled in screening and influencing hiring decisions.

Description
Recruit for blue-collar and industrial roles across multiple U.S. sites
Source and screen candidates via Workday and major job boards
Fill positions such as maintenance techs, electricians, machine operators, and CNC machinists
Manage union/non-union, multi-site hiring with varied shifts and pay structures
Provide recruitment updates and support fast-moving interview processes
Profile
- The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, aerospace, chemical, or other industrial environments, with a strong track record filling blue-collar roles.
- They will be proficient in Workday and sourcing tools, comfortable managing union and non-union hiring across multiple sites, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional screening skills and has the ability to influence hiring decisions
