Superintendent | K-12 Construction | Clovis
As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll work closely with project management and field teams to manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain client satisfaction.

Description
- Oversee all field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and daily site activities.
- Lead and mentor field staff while maintaining strong communication with project managers and office leadership.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe jobsite.
- Manage project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling updates.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and inspectors to ensure compliance with DSA and other public works requirements.
- Support self-perform teams (carpentry and concrete) and integrate them seamlessly into project delivery.
- Represent the company as a client-facing leader who upholds their reputation and culture on every project.
Profile
- 5-8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in public works construction (K-12, higher education, or similar).
- Strong understanding of DSA projects; experience with design-build a plus.
- Ability to manage both ground-up and modernization projects.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills.
- Committed to collaboration, accountability, and maintaining a positive culture.
