The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong understanding of the property industry and construction processes.

Description

  • Plan, direct, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop project scope, budgets, and schedules while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Commercial or Retail construction experience project experience $1 Million dollars - $5 Million dollars
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction project management tools and software.
  • A deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
