Our client is seeking two experienced, hands-on Superintendents to join its growing Tampa, FL team. This is an opportunity for seasoned construction leaders to take ownership of high-profile commercial projects while helping shape the foundation of a rapidly expanding office within one of the Southeast's most respected general contractors.

Over the past year, they have expanded its Southeast presence with the launch of a new Tampa division, growing from three employees to 15 and recently opening a state-of-the-art office. The company's 'bread and butter' projects range from $20-30 million, across markets such as automotive, industrial/warehouse, tilt-wall, corporate, and hospitality. With plans to double the team in the coming year, the firm continues to build on its reputation for delivering quality work and cultivating an ownership-driven culture.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

• Lead project execution in coordination with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Build and maintain strong client and trade partner relationships.

• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ownership on every jobsite.

• Drive excellence through proactive problem-solving and strong field leadership.

Profile

• A seasoned Superintendent with 10+ years of experience in commercial construction and a record of long-term tenure.

• Proven success delivering mid- to large-scale projects ($20-30M range).

• Skilled in Procore, P6, and MS Project (preferred).

• A hands-on, gritty leader with a strong presence and a team-first mentality.

• Currently employed and motivated by the right opportunity rather than availability.
