Project Engineer - Light Industrial, Western Suburbs
We are seeking a Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in Light Industrial construction to join our growing team near Aurora, IL. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in ground-up construction projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure successful project execution.

Description
- Assist in managing project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction (Light Industrial preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary: $75,000 - $95,000
