The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective leadership and planning skills to manage teams, resources, and client relationships in the professional services industry.

• Office in Brookline, MA
• Projects throughout the Greater Boston area; primarily all 5 minutes from the office, along with projects in Lynn and Braintree
• Projects from $20M - $40M
• Projects: Academic, Historical Renovations, Smaller Multifamily, Restaurants, Healthcare
• Mid-size firm with owners coming from Large National GC, family owned business
• 30+ years in the industry

Description

• Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to secure future opportunities.
