Traveling Superintendent- Retail Buildouts

A Boca Raton-based General Contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage retail buildout projects across multiple states including Georgia, Texas, Virginia, and New York. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Florida-based construction professional to work with major national clients such as T-Mobile.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and local building codes

• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues

• Travel out of state frequently for the duration of assigned projects, while maintaining a Florida base

• Ensure all work aligns with client expectations and company quality standards

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in retail or commercial buildouts

• Ability and willingness to travel out of state regularly

• Based in Florida and able to report to the Boca Raton office as needed

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lead crews and manage multiple subcontractors on-site

• Working knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations
