Project Manager - Boston - Complex Projects up to $50M
The Project Manager will oversee complex construction projects in the Greater Boston area within the multifamily, commercial and retail sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

A family-owned construction firm based in Brookline, MA, with over 30 years of experience and a team of around 30 professionals. Led by seasoned industry executives, the company delivers projects across Boston, the 495 belt, and occasionally Worcester. Their work spans academic buildings, historic renovations, multifamily housing, restaurants, and health care. Project Managers and Superintendents play a client-facing role, building strong relationships and leading project delivery. Description
Project Manager - Boston - Complex Projects up to $50M - Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects up to $50M, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Utilize project management tools and software to streamline operations and track progress.

Job Offer

- Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000
