Project Superintendent - Denver
The Project Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results in the business services industry.

Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project workflow.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Prepare and submit daily reports documenting project status and milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with client expectations and goals.

Profile
A successful Project Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing construction projects in the affordable housing industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
