Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for the workforce in the Americas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and processes.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, deductions, and reporting, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and audits for management review.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

• Strong expertise in payroll systems and processes within the United States.
• Experience in Canada is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and tools, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and employees.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
