Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely, accurate payroll processing for employees. This position will be on a global team to partner with.

Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for the workforce in the Americas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and processes.
- Oversee payroll tax filings, deductions, and reporting, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and audits for management review.

Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Strong expertise in payroll systems and processes within the United States.
- Experience in Canada is a plus.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and employees.
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
