Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Description

• Lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
• Maintain daily logs and communicate progress to the project team
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively manage site challenges

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
