Description

The Senior Project Manager - Data Centers - VA/Travel will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of data center construction projects, from planning to turnover.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change orders with precision and transparency.
• Coordinating with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure scope alignment and timely execution.
• Leading internal teams and external partners while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Tracking progress against milestones and proactively resolving issues to maintain schedule integrity.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Reviewing technical documents and ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
• Driving safety, quality, and performance across all jobsite activities.
• Mentoring project engineers and junior staff, promoting growth and development.
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and final turnover of mission-critical systems.

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling tools, and construction delivery methods.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
