Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in the property industry.

Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
 - Run projects ranging from $6-$20 million dollars
 - Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
 - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
 - Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
 - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
 - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
 - Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues during the construction process.
 - Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
