A growing company in Fox Chapel is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting compensation and benefits programs within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite. $100k-$130k + bonus and great benefits!
Description
Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs including base pay, incentive plans, and salary structures
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive and aligned with business goals
Support annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, and equity reviews
Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations
Provide insights and recommendations based on compensation data and trends
Support benefits administration and assist in evaluating programs for cost-effectiveness and competitiveness
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Profile
4+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems
Solid understanding of compensation best practices and market trends
Ability to communicate effectively with HR, finance, and business leaders
Experience with benefits administration a plus
