Scrum Master - Financial Services
We seek a Scrum Master with Financial Services exposure to join our client's growing team. This person will be responsible for sprint planning, daily scrums, grooming of backlog, & retrospectives. Python, Snowflake and ETL processing exposure is required.

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Description
Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and burn-down tracking.
Maintain and update RAID logs, and collaborate with project teams to communicate status reports effectively.
Balance PMO milestones with Scrum activities by monitoring team velocity, identifying blockers, and resolving conflicts.
Provide agile coaching and mentoring, manage project environments as needed.
Profile
Strong financial knowledge with a focus on customer reference, derivatives, cash management, finance, or banking products.
Technical expertise preferred in reference data, master data management, Snowflake, Python, and ETL/ELT processes.
Proficient in using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and familiar with agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum.
Excellent multitasking, communication, and presentation skills, with an understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and common development practices.
