A Successful Construction Senior Superintendent (Life Science) - San Francisco

• 9+ years of relevant construction experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
• Software experience BIM and Primavera P6, ISO7, ISO 8.
