Description

As the Project Manager, reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee full life‑cycle delivery of multifamily projects.

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Manage subcontractor relationships and oversee buyout
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and controls
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the project
• Provide leadership to APMs and site teams
• Drive projects to successful completion

Profile

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

• Strong background managing ground‑up multifamily developments as a lead Project Manager
• Texas project experience required
• Stable employment record (2-3 years per role minimum)
• Procore experience beneficial
• Strong communication, leadership, and technical capability
