Project Manager - EPC - Cincinnati, OH
Lead and manage full lifecycle EPC projects in industrial manufacturing, overseeing engineering, design, construction, and closeout while ensuring safety, budget, and schedule goals are met. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements and accountability across all project phases.

Our client, a rapidly growing engineering firm, is expanding their team and seeking a Project Manager to lead EPC projects within the industrial manufacturing sector located in their HQ Cincinnati, Ohio. This individual will take full ownership of projects from front-end engineering and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and final delivery.
Description
- Lead full lifecycle EPC projects within industrial manufacturing environments
- Manage scope development, cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
- Oversee front-end engineering and design coordination through construction and project closeout
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trusted relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations
- Monitor financial performance, manage change orders, and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and execution standards
Profile
A successful Project Manager - EPC should have:
- Demonstrated experience managing EPC projects in industrial manufacturing settings
- Strong understanding of engineering design, procurement processes, and construction execution
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project financials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced industrial environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
