Description

* Lead luxury custom home projects start to finish

* Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls

* Coordinate designers, consultants, and trade partners

* Lead and mentor PMs, APMs, and site teams

* Partner with executive leadership on delivery strategy

Profile

* 5-7+ years' experience in custom residential construction

* Proven ground‑up luxury home project delivery

* Experience leading teams and multiple stakeholders

* Strong self‑awareness and growth mindset

* Driven, accountable, and client‑focused

Job Offer

Salary range: $125,000-$170,000 base plus bonus and profit sharing
