Project Executive

Description

• Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial construction projects
• Lead project strategy, execution, and client engagement from preconstruction through closeout
• Mentor and manage project managers, superintendents, and support staff
• Ensure financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal leadership on business development and operational goals

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success managing large-scale or complex projects
• Strong business acumen and client-facing communication skills
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
