Project Executive
Are you a strategic construction leader with a proven ability to drive complex projects and lead high-performing teams? Our client, a well-established general contractor headquartered in Nashville, is seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple commercial construction projects and serve as a key liaison between clients, project teams, and executive leadership.

Description
- Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial construction projects
- Lead project strategy, execution, and client engagement from preconstruction through closeout
- Mentor and manage project managers, superintendents, and support staff
- Ensure financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal leadership on business development and operational goals
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success managing large-scale or complex projects
- Strong business acumen and client-facing communication skills
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
