Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations on interior construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
