Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
• Support budget tracking, subcontractor management, and procurement.
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues as they arise.

Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
