Superintendent - Commercial - Boston

A Boston based general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee academic and commercial construction projects up to $30M. The projects are all throughout the Greater Boston area.

Description

• Lead day to day onsite coordination for projects in academic, commercial, or multifamily sectors
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics to ensure safe and efficient work
• Oversee field operations for projects typically up to thirty million dollars
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, owners, and design partners
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans and specifications
• Provide leadership to Assistant Superintendents when assigned
• Deliver detailed site documentation and progress reporting within Procore
• Foster a professional, solutions oriented environment on the job site

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Academic & Commercial Projects Up to $30M should have:

• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial, multifamily, academic, or healthcare construction
• Ability to manage full life cycle onsite operations for projects up to thirty million dollars
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
• Procore experience is ideal or willingness to adopt it quickly
• Versatility across renovation, ground up, and interior work
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a high standard for field execution.
