Assistant Superintendent - Concrete Framing Multifamily
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Superintendent with a specialty in Concrete Framing Multifamily. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, particularly in multifamily settings.

Description
- Oversee and manage concrete framing projects in multifamily settings
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and on-budget completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and supervision to construction team members
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including architects and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Profile
A successful Assistant Superintendent - Concrete Framing Multifamily should have:
