Description

The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will include:

• Develop and refine CNC programs for complex parts used in high-precision, defense and space industries.
• Lead the setup, testing, and validation of machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support the design of custom fixtures and tooling to improve consistency and repeatability.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance work flows.
• Drive process improvements through automation strategies and continuous evaluation of machining methods.

Profile

The Manufacturing Systems Engineer should have:

• 6+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, precision-focused environments tied to industries like aerospace or defense.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and quality standards.
• Able to interpret technical data and inspection results to make informed process adjustments.
• Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
