High Rise Senior Superintendent
This is an opportunity to lead landmark high-rise projects in the San Diego market with a builder known for quality, culture, and long-term career growth.
Client Details
A leading West Coast commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced High-Rise Superintendent. This organization has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects across multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial sectors, with a strong presence throughout California.
Description
- Lead all field operations for high-rise construction projects (20+ stories preferred)
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with Project Management
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
- Maintain strict safety standards and site compliance
- Drive quality control and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Proactively manage logistics, inspections, and city coordination
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field engineers
Profile
- Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up high rise projects
- Proven experience delivering high-rise or podium/tower projects
- Strong knowledge of sequencing, structural systems, and vertical construction logistics
- Experience in the San Diego market preferred
- Stable career history with reputable general contractors
Job Offer
- $200,000-250,000 base salary
