Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Resolve construction issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance productivity and professional growth.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 3+ years managing commercial construction with General Contractor
- Proven experience in the construction field within the property industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex construction challenges.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
