Assistant Project Manager - Northern Suburbs
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing team. The APM will support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Assist in managing day-to-day project operations and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence
- Conduct site visits and assist with quality control and safety compliance
- Collaborate with internal development, design, and construction teams
- Help ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and reports
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or real estate development (multi-family experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
