Job Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project outcomes.

Profile

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related fields.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
