Supplier Quality Engineer | Marysville, OH
The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring supplier quality and compliance with our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing. This role will focus on maintaining high standards and improving processes in the Engineering & Manufacturing departments.

Our client was founded over 50 years ago, and serve as a leading manufacturer of various products in the HVAC, power generation, heavy machinery, and other industries. As a provider of engineered solutions such as radiators, and thermal systems, or client creates products that keep the world cool.
Description
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Conduct supplier audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve processes and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze and report supplier quality metrics to management.
- Support new product development by working closely with suppliers to meet quality requirements.
- Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and records.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address quality concerns.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards within supplier processes.
Profile
A successful Supplier Quality Engineer should have:
- Bachelors degree required, engineering or related discipline strongly preferred
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of ISO9001 and associated audits
- Extensive experience with RCA, CAPA, 8D, etc
- PPAP/APQP experience
- Ability to interpret blueprints and customer specification documents
- Experience working with suppliers
Job Offer
