Superintendent- Commercial, LifeScience up to $30M- NorthShore

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent in the Construction industry to oversee commercial and life science projects valued up to $30M in the North Shore area. This role requires a strong background in project management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Description

• Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Superintendent in Construction should have:

• Proven experience managing commercial and life science construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
